Sandnes, Sola, Stavanger and Randaberg Municipalities, as well as Stavanger Church Council, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to a contest for framework agreements for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of lifts and lifting devices.

The framework agreement covers inspections, maintenance, and necessary repairs, as well as assistance with acute stoppages of the contracting authority's lifts and lifting devices.

The expected start-up date of the framework agreement is January 2023.

The duration of the framework agreements is two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further one year + one year. The total contract value for the framework agreements (4 years) is expected to be approx. NOK 19 million excluding VAT. The total maximum value over the entire contract period is NOK 22.8 million excluding VAT.
