The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected within the administrative boundaries of the Stężyca Commune and equipping property owners with appropriate containers and their marking. The detailed scope of the contract is described in the Specification of the Terms of The Contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services:

1.1. collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Stężyca for:

1.1.1.properties on which residents live,

1.1.2.real estate on which residents do not live and waste is generated, in relation to real estate on which activity is carried out:

a) the Stężyca Commune Office and other organizational units of the Stężyca Commune operating in the form of budgetary units,

b) cultural institutions for which the Municipality of Stężyca is the organizer, co-organizer or co-host,

(c) municipal legal entities;

1.2. equipping the owners of real estate listed in point 1.1. with appropriate containers for collecting and receiving municipal waste: "PAPER", "GLASS", "METALS AND PLASTICS", "BIO", "ASH" and "NOT SEGREGATED (MIXED)" in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906).

1.3. marking containers intended for the collection and collection of municipal waste with a bar code.

The offer price shall include the scope and conditions of implementation as described in the SWZ and the Annexes.
