InfraCo Africa is a donor-funded, private sector-managed company for developing infrastructure projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, up to the point when they reach financial close (“InfraCo”). InfraCo commenced its development activities in 2005 with a single developer team called eleQtra. InfraCo is now seeking to tender an additional developer team to perform developer services under a 3 year contract (with possible extensions) with developer team and associated projects costs of up to USD 15 million. This procurement is being carried out voluntarily.
