The Wesselburen School Association is planning the construction of a new three-field hall at the site of the Eider-Nordsee-Schule in Wesselburen.

It is intended to outsource the services to a general planner. The services consist of the service areas of object planning, structural planning, technical equipment and outdoor facilities.

The new construction of a three-field hall is planned as a replacement for the existing three-field hall. This is being built at the same location and fits into the campus area of the Eider-Nordsee-Schule. This consists of the new extension completed in 2018, the listed building stock of the main building and the Rainbow House.

In a proposed solution, the architectural attitude of the offices with the handling of this topic is to be shown.

The use of the new hall is carried out by the Eider-Nordsee-Schule and the club sport. For this purpose, separate equipment rooms must be planned accordingly. Approximately 130 seats are to be provided for visitors.

A preliminary study has already been carried out by the office ppp architekten + stadtplaner gmbh. Different variants are already shown in it. Currently, the realization of variant 2 is preferred. This provides for the demolition of the existing sports hall and the construction of a new multi-purpose hall.

The Office is not excluded from participating in the present proceedings. This preliminary investigation shall be made available to all tenderers for submission of tenders.

The Dreifeldhalle is expected to be designed as an energy-self-sufficient building.

The offices selected in the participation competition are to develop proposals for solutions in accordance with § 76 (2) VgV in the negotiation phase.

The costs for the demolition of the existing sports hall are included in KG 200.

The general planning services to be assigned consist of:

Performance level 1:

- Service phases 1-4 property planning according to §§ 33 HOAI;

- Service phases 1-4 outdoor systems according to §§ 38 HOAI;

- Service phases 1-4 structural planning according to §§ 49 HOAI;

- Service phases 1-4 Technical equipment according to §§ 53 HOAI.

Performance level 2:

Optional services (as an optional commission by determining the client, if necessary in stages to be determined by the client):

- Service phases 5-9 property planning according to §§ 33 HOAI;

- Service phases 5-9 outdoor facilities according to §§ 38 HOAI;

- Service phases 5-6 structural planning according to §§ 49 HOAI;

- Service phases 5-9 Technical equipment according to §§ 53 HOAI.

- Special services in all trades and in all service phases as an optional assignment of the Client (if necessary in stages to be determined by the Client).

The client currently assumes a range of services with average requirements.

The registrar can be supported and advised in the operational implementation of this VgV procedure by D&K drost consult GmbH, Hamburg.
