The purpose of this contract is to carry out periodic regulatory technical inspections in the buildings of the University of Tours. The services cover the following regulatory technical checks: - Checks of fixed electrical installations and infrared thermography of switchboards and sub-cabinets; - Audits of fuel gas installations - Inspections of thermal installations; - Checks of lifts and freight elevators - Verification of work equipment for temporary work at height (scaffolding, ladders, steps and stepladders, lifelines) - Verification of anchor points and hoists - Verification of S.S.I., extinguishing and smoke extraction equipment, fire hydrants and sandboxes
