CIE is in the process of developing future IT telecom strategy and delivery model. It is proposed to undertake a procurement process for the provision of telephony services to the CIE Group of companies which will lead to the establishment of a new qualification system for the following three lots:
Lot 1: Voice and Video Services;
Lot 2: Fixed Data and Voice Circuits;
Lot 3: Mobile Voice and Data.

Applicants may apply for admission to the QS in respect of one, two, or all three lots.
This qualification system shall be established for 5 years and shall be open for membership throughout its period of validity. In order to be considered for the first call off contract, applicants are required to submit PQQ response by 2
