Bø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall reconstruct the existing nursing home and construct a new addition with capacity of 42 new nursing home places as well as construction of 16 new sheltered housings. Building A, which is subject to reconstruction has a gross area of 3 030 m², the new building B has a gross area of 4 440 m² and building C with 16 new sheltered housings has a gross area of 2 610 m².

The contract also includes development of accompanying outdoor areas, including carport for 8 cars. Buildings B and C shall be constructed on piles foundation.
