The Lahn-Dill district is a district in the administrative district of Gießen in Hesse. Department 35.1 - Technical Facility Management - Schools is responsible for maintaining these schools and other properties.

The Lahn-Dill-Kreis intends for the properties in the area of responsibility of Department 35.1, Department 11.3 and AWLD general small measures (inventory-preserving measures) and smaller trade-specific measures (up to an order value per individual measure of EUR 20,000.00 net) separately Trades and areas to be awarded by way of corresponding one-partner framework contracts with a basic term of 2 years and a unilateral extension option in favor of the client for a further 2 years.
