The subject of the contract is the delivery of 50 parking meters to service the Paid Parking Zone in Elbląg, hereinafter referred to as SPP, providing the possibility of paying fees for parking and commissioning of all devices within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 50 parking meters to service the Paid Parking Zone in Elbląg, hereinafter referred to as SPP, providing the possibility of paying fees for parking and launching all devices within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) deliver 50 pieces of parking meters (consistent with the description of the subject of the contract) to service SPP in Elbląg providing the possibility of paying a fee using coins, payment cards and the BLIK system; 2) dismantling 50 pieces of parking meters previously serving the parking zone with foundations, if the Contractor does not use adapters; 3) installation of 50 foundations and parking meters in places indicated by the Ordering Party in accordance with ANNEX NO. 2 to the contract. All works related to the replacement of parking meters must be carried out in a way that allows normal (i.e. uninterrupted and full use of other parking meters that are not installed at a given time) operation of the SPP; 4) tidying up the area after construction works - bringing the places of assembly and dismantling of foundations to their original state. If necessary, reconstruct the surface from concrete cubes; 5) delivery at own expense and risk of a fully functional test parking meter cooperating with the EXEK software for SPP management owned by the Ordering Party and connected to the system supervising the operation of parking meters. The Contractor shall install the test machine in the place indicated by the Contracting Authority within 30 days from the date of signing the contract; 6) collection at own expense and risk of the test parking meter after the test period, i.e. 14 working days counted from the date of delivery. It is permissible to leave the test parking meter as the target after passing the tests; 7) ensuring the integrity of the software supervising the operation of parking meters with the EXEK SPP management software owned by the Ordering Party in terms of minimum transmission of information about the registration number, start and end time of parking; 8) providing the Ordering Party with additional cassettes for the collection of coins in the amount of 15 pieces and 20 pieces of test tokens; 9) provide free access for the period of use of parking meters (assumed period up to 15 years) to the system supervising the operation of parking meters available from the server of the Ordering Party or the Contractor on at least 5 computer stations indicated by the Contracting Authority; 10) granting a 36-month guarantee and warranty for defects for delivered devices counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol; 11) ensuring and replenishing the stock of spare parts throughout the warranty period in order to perform by the Ordering Party maintenance in continuous efficiency of the delivered devices. The spare parts warehouse shall be run by the Ordering Party at its registered office; 12) 10 years of access from the date of installation to spare parts for installed parking meters; 13) training at the headquarters of the Ordering Party 8 employees (SPP offices, service technicians) in the field of carrying out in the event of failure, removing faults and operating the delivered parking meters. The rights acquired during the training will entitle trained employees of the Ordering Party to perform independent repairs of parking meters, and the activities related to repairs or removal of defects will not violate the warranty and warranty conditions for defects granted by the Contractor; 14) transfer of technical and operational documentation of the delivered parking meters and granting an indefinite, free license to use the software supervising the operation of parking meters.
