The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements which must cover the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing’s requirements for plumbing.

At present the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has an agreement for this area. This agreement expires 1 September 2020 and a new agreement must be entered into, subsequent to the expiration date.

Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing has an agreement for craft services for several trade groups for occupied flats and common areas and for craft services for several trade groups for vacant housing. The agreements in this tender contest concern plumbing work where the assignment includes several trade groups. The current agreement therefore involves plumbing work where this is the sole trade group in the assignment.

The agreement will include works in inhabited apartments and common areas. The framework agreements shall primarily be used by the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's department for operations and maintenance but can also be used for relevant assignments for others in the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing departments.
