The subject of the contract is comprehensive service of the Ordering Party for the reservation and purchase of accommodation services in the country and abroad in the period from March to July 2023.

This order is co-financed under the project entitled "Jewish Cultural Heritage"

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the method of performance of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is comprehensive service of domestic and foreign trips organized for the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in the field of booking and purchasing accommodation services in Poland and abroad, including:

hotels, foreign hotels: mainly the United States, Israel, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany, other European countries – number: approx. 100 nights, hotels, hostels and other domestic accommodations: mainly Warsaw, other cities Polish - 750 nights.

The above places and quantities of accommodation are estimates and are subject to change, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.

The Contracting Authority expects to meet at least 20% of the above-mentioned estimated needs in total.
