The subject of the contract is: preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the arrangement of the permanent exhibition together with equipment, necessary to initiate a public procurement procedure for the implementation of a permanent exhibition and visitor service space along with the delivery and assembly of equipment at the State Archaeological Museum in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Target Order"; obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, expert opinions, permits, consents, etc., if they are required in accordance with applicable regulations and necessary for the Contracting Authority to prepare and conduct the procedure for the award of the Target Contract; cooperation with the Ordering Party at the stage of preparation of the Target Order in the scope of developing a description of the subject of the Target Order; 60 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231, as amended), author's supervision over the implementation of the Documentation during the execution of the Target Order.
