The construction of a new care centre at Heggenes in Øystre Slidre municipality. The construction site is situated near County road 51. The gross area of the building is 6,500 m2 and contains 36 nursing home places and 18 sheltered flats with associated functions. The building is in three levels, including technical rooms in the attic. The building is situated in sloping terrain. A general contract has been prepared for the construction works, as well as separate lots for the disciplines Plumbing installations, Ventilation, Sprinkler system, External Water and sewage plants, Electrical installations, and Lifts. The tender documentation for electrical installation will be published 30.7.2018.
