The concession has as its object the concession of the property owned by the municipality (including the equipment present therein) located in San Cesario di Lecce at via Unità d'Italia n. 13, to be allocated to the management of a nursery, having a receptivity of n. 42 children in the range between 3 and 36 months. In the property may be realized any other supplementary educational services, as governed by Regional Regulation no. 4/2007 and ss.mm. and ii., provided that they do not interfere with and/or impair the performance and quality of the crèche service.

The management of the nursery must take place in compliance with all the provisions of national and regional legislation on the subject (Regional Law no. 19/06 and art. 53 of Reg. Reg. no. 4/07 and subsequent amendments). The Concessionaire must guarantee on behalf of the Municipal Administration, but in its own name and at its own risk, the educational management, the personnel and supplies necessary for the complete and effective functioning of the service, the ordinary maintenance of the building, the administrative management in order to the income, at its own care, risk and expense, of the cost of the service due by the families of the users.

The family contributes to the cost of the service by paying monthly fees to be paid to the Concessionaire according to the terms and conditions provided and communicated by the concessionaire to users. The fee paid by families may be reduced by the use of child reconciliation vouchers through the territorial area.

If, during the concession, different regulatory provisions should intervene regarding the accommodation capacity of the nursery, the concessionaire will have the obligation to comply with it, without being able to claim compensation from the grantor.
