The municipality of Scharbeutz is planning to expand the Pönitz primary and community school by a total of almost 6,000 m² GFA. This construction project will be carried out in 3 construction phases. In 1.BA, from the third quarter of 2021, wing C will be extended by one storey. The 2.BA includes the conversion work on wing B. This bill of quantities covers the heating and sanitary work on tracts B and C.

The heating supply of the new building is provided by an underfloor heating system.

Stairwells, toilet rooms and the changing areas of the canteen kitchen are heated by radiators.

To generate heat, an air source heat pump cascade is provided on the roof, which works on a buffer tank on the ground floor.

Industrial stainless steel is provided as the line material for the distribution pipes; steel welded inside the central heating system.

The control and wiring of the central heating system is carried out via a separately tendered trade.
