This contract includes:

- Maintenance of works of art located in the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region;

- Repair of accidental and/or vandalism damage to related works of art and road accessories managed by the Brussels Capital Region.

This market is divided into two complementary parts (see metrical):

• Maintenance work

This part concerns interventions relating to the preventive and curative maintenance of works of art (bridges, tunnels, culverts,...).

• Damage repairs

This part concerns interventions to repair accidentally and/or vandalism damage to related works of art and road accessories.

Specific terms shall apply to this part of the contract, in particular as regards:

- Subcontracting (Article 12 of the GR);

- Penalties (Article 45 of the GR);

- The order of execution and conduct of the work (Art. 76 § 2 of the GR);

- Night work, weekends, holidays and construction holidays (Art. 79 -7 of the GR);

- Payment of works (Art. 95 of the GR).
