The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction and assembly works aimed at connecting to the heating network buildings located at Św. Jana 2, 4, 6 / Chorzowska 99 / Wallisa 3 and Imiela 6 / ks. Michalskiego 36 / Wallisa 10 / Wallisa 8 / ks. Michalskiego 38 in Świętochłowice - as part of the project entitled: "Elimination of low emissions in selected cities of the Silesia-Dąbrowa agglomeration", which is part of the "Low Emission Elimination Program in the conurbation śląsko-dąbrowska" (hereinafter also the Facility) in the scope of: construction of heating networks and connections, heat nodes, connection modules without central heating meters, and central heating meters, including through the delivery of equipment, in accordance with the design documentation and handing over the Facility to the Contracting Authority for use.

The procedure forms part of contracts concerning the performance of construction and assembly works for the implementation of connections of new facilities to the heating network under the project “Liquidation of low emissions in selected cities of the Silesia Drowbrowska agglomeration”, part of the 'Decommissioning Programme low emission in the Silesian and Dust Browska conurbation”. The total value of these proceedings exceeds EUR 5,382 000,00.

Required terms for all buildings:

heat supply to all buildings: until 29.09.2023;

handing over the room for the construction of the heat substation and the connection module: by 28.08.2023;

complete completion of works and final acceptance: by 31.10.2023.
