Delivery of approximately 244 line filter inductors for traction equipment intended for use in rolling stock. It concerns replacement of existing components.

The line filter inductor will be mounted underfloor a main-line ICM-type passenger train (EMU) of the Dutch railways for operation in the Netherlands on the 1800Vdc overhead lines. This traintype is constructed in a 3 car trainset (87 units) and a 4 car trainset (50 units). 47 three car trainsets and all four car trainset (50 units) are equipped with chopper drives. Only trainsets with chopper drives are equipped with this type of inductor. A 3 car unit has 2 line filter inductors and a 4 car unit has three line filter inductors. In scope to be replaced are approximately 244 line filter inductors. Also in the scope is a protective construction for the line filter inductor and the similar protective construction for the rotor smoothing inductor. The rotor smoothing inductor itself is not in the scope of supply.
