Development of the Project for the construction of: a set of pre-treatment devices on the rainwater sewage system in Poznań as part of the investment task "Armament of the A17 outlet at Bartnicza Street" (task No. 0-05-23-086-1) and performing author's supervision in the phase of works implementation.

Development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications of execution

and acceptance of construction works and functional and utility program (design documentation including construction project) for the construction of:

• a set of pre-treatment devices on the rainwater sewage system in Poznań as part of the investment task "Armament of the A17 outlet at Bartnicza Street" (task No. 0-05-23-086-1) along with obtaining a final decision on the building permit / notification of construction works along with obtaining a certificate of lack of grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the application for construction or performance of other construction works appropriate for of the task in question ("AQUANET" S.A. allows obtaining a building permit or the above-mentioned certificate in electronic form. Whether the building permit or the above-mentioned certificate will be obtained in paper or electronic form remains to the decision of the Contractor)

and

performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the day of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.

Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the Order and all information regarding design solutions are included in the attached technical conditions issued by Aquanet Retencja Sp. z o.o. constituting the basis for design.

As part of the author's supervision should be provided:

for the investment task "Armament of the A17 outlet at Bartnicza Street" (task No. 0-05-23-086-1)

• Surveillance cards with stay on construction — 10 Supervision Cards

• Supervision cards without staying at the site — 10 Supervision Cards

Total of all surveillance cards 20.

If it is necessary to increase the number of stays on the construction site or increase the number of supervision cards without staying at the construction site, unit prices from the Agreement on Author's Supervision for the above-mentioned tasks will be accepted for settlements, while these prices will apply to no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards with a stay on the construction site and no more than 50% of the number of Supervision Cards without staying at the construction site presented above.
