In this context, the urban redevelopment under ARC project management concerns mainly the musicians and southern marshals sectors. As for musicians, the area located in front of the shopping center of Clos des Roses is concerned.

In order to improve the safety and quality of life of the residents of the neighbourhood, a first partial redevelopment of the area must be considered quickly. This redevelopment will also improve the accessibility of shops and the image of the shopping centre. A first work will be to remove existing pavers and replace them with black or red asphalt, depending on the zones.

Work on street furniture and green spaces will be carried out in a second phase, as well as pedestrian continuities with the musicians' islet, as part of the urban recomposition of it.
