Implementation and monitoring of a communication strategy in the context of port development processes

Building on the recommendations for action from a study to develop a communication strategy for space management, which is attached to the task, the contractor should implement these recommendations with the contract to be awarded and the public sector - in addition to ROSTOCK PORT GmbH, the Hanseatic City of Rostock (HRO), the Regional planning association and the state M-V - accompany and support the communicative processing of land provision as part of the port expansion.
