1. Object of the contract.

Mixed market for supplies and services including:

• The supply of printers and multifunctions (hereinafter referred to as 'equipment')

• Installation, configuration and configuration of equipment

• Maintenance and repair of equipment

• Associated equipment management services

3. Type of market.

This contract is for a framework agreement concluded with a single tenderer for a period of 48 months from the date of notification.

4. Financing.

The Adjudicator favors the option to purchase equipment. As such, the clauses and documents of the contract, including the inventory of the prices and the criteria of attribution, will be based on the purchase prices of the equipments.

The Adjudicator nevertheless reserves the right to finance the purchase / making available of the equipment (or part of the equipment) from a financing organization of its choice. The contracting authority stresses that if the order is placed with the body managing the financing, the supplier of the equipment will not be in any case released with regard to the good execution of the contract, in particular during the phases of installation and of the equipment covered by this contract.

Note:

The tenderers will specify in their offer the contact details (and the possible affiliation link) of the financing body they recommend to the Contracting Authority in the context of the execution of this contract. Bidders will also include in their bid a budget estimate prepared by the recommended funding agency. The budget estimate will provide equipment rent, based on a 60-month operational leasing formula, with leasing covering only the provision of equipment. This budget offer has no contractual value and will not be taken into account in the criteria for awarding the contract, but it will allow the Contracting Authority to assess the interest of requesting offers from the funding body recommended by the tenderer, in case of activation of the financing option.
