The call for tenders applies to winter maintenance services for county roads and pavements in Kjøllefjord and Dyrfjord for the contract period is from 01.11. to - 30.04 for 3 winter seasons (2021-2024). A contract will only be awarded to one tenderer per lot.

The contract value is estimated to be lower than NOK 1 350 000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate based on previous volumes and is non binding for the contracting authority.

If finances etc. are not approved after the competition is finished, or if the contracting authority considers carrying out winter maintenance with internal resources, the municipality has the right to cancel the assignment. There will not be compensation for expenses incurred as a result of this.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several areas. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot.

Tenders can be submitted for one or several geographical lots: Geographical lot divisions: Lot 1: Kjøllefjord: (Estimated annual value NOK 1 000 000 excluding VAT). Lot 2 Dyrfjord: (Estimated annual value: NOK 350 000 excluding VAT).

The lots are described in detail in the attached specification of lots.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract period is from and including 2021-11-01 to and including 2024-04-30.

The contracting authority shall sign a contract with one 1 tenderer for each lot.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
