Bamble, Porsgrunn, Siljan and Skien municipalities, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement involving purchase of completely buried waste containers. This means a system with buried outer containers, inner containers with bottom emptying system and emptying of the waste with one hook emptying system.
