The subject of the contract is the provision of a service entitled: "Collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Żarnów Municipality". As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage waste from all properties inhabited in the Żarnów Municipality.

The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from inhabited properties and from the real estate of the Żarnów Commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with applicable law.
