1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fish and seafood to the War Studies Academy.
3. The order includes successive delivery of fish and seafood according to the assortments and in quantities specified in Annex No. 1A. to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
4. The Ordering Party guarantees an order at the level of 50% of the gross contract value.
5. The Contractor shall deliver products bearing only marks, attestations and authorisations allowing these products to be marketed;
