Lot 20 outdoor facilities Award no. 21 VOB 003.

In the course of the renovation and expansion of the Europaschule Ostschule and the new building of the sports hall in Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 56 in Gera, the outdoor facilities are being rebuilt. The tender was divided into a school area and a sports hall area. The areas are built together as contiguous open-air facilities.

Essential services are (quantities for both areas together):

- Demolition of various paved areas and various walls,

- approx. 900 m 2 Remove the sod and topsoil,

- approx. 4,500 m 3 Soil work in different homogeneous areas (e.g. backfills, debris, limestone),

- approx. 330 m 3 Line trenches,

- approx. 2,300 m 2 Soil stabilization,

- approx. 6 700 to disposal of soil, concrete and rubble from the expansion positions etc,

- approx. 3 100 m 2 Paved areas mainly concrete rectangular pavement,

- approx. 330 m 2 Playground area (wood chips and sand play),

- Renovation and extension of a natural stone wall made of limestone (length: approx. 28 m, height: approx. 4.5 m),

- New construction of an angle retaining wall made of in-situ concrete (length: approx.9.5 m, height: approx. 5 m),

- New construction of retaining walls from stone-filled gabion baskets (total length: approx. 17 m, height: approx. 4 m),

- Approx. 220 running meters of new angled retaining walls made of precast elements (heights of approx. 50-250 cm)

- New construction of a seating system with approx. 85 running meters of concrete angled supports height 50 cm, approx. 120 running meters of concrete block steps and small paved areas

- approx. 30 running meters of concrete block steps,

- approx. 120 linear meters of railings as fall protection and approx. 70 linear meters of handrails,

- approx. 1,500 m 2 Plastic surfaces including edging,

- approx. 360 m 2 Sand area for beach volleyball, long jump and shot put,

- approx. 85 running meters of ball stop fence, height 4.00 m,

- approx. 35 running meters for bar mesh fence height 1.40 m incl.1x gate 4.00 m wide and 1x door 1.20 m wide,

- Deliver and install 1 tool shed for the school garden, 1 tool shed construction. Prev. build in,

- approx. 330 running meters of drainage lines including shafts,

- Div. Wastewater systems such as 10 doormats, 150 running meters of channels, 6 shafts and 450 running meters of pipes,

- approx. 700 running meters of protective cable pipe, 21 mast lights, 2 light columns,

- Div. Equipment for school sports such as take-off boards, shot put rings, basketball stands, football goals, etc.

- Various equipment in general such as 41 bicycle stands, 4 waste bins, 6 bollards, signage FGÜ,

- Approx. 30 tree plantings including completion maintenance and 2-year development maintenance,

- approx. 550 m 2 Planting areas including completion maintenance and 2-year development maintenance,

- approx. 2 700 m 2 Lawns including completion maintenance.
