This announcement is a relaunch of the call for the appointment of designers via a qualification system (original announcement dated 8.1.2014).

In accordance with the Royal Decree of 15.7.2011 on public procurement legislation, SHM Denderstreek wishes to establish a list of candidates for architectural assignments for new construction and / or renovation projects.

This cf. art. 41 par. 3, being the qualification system.

This is for assignments that will be awarded in 2019 or for which the appointment procedure will be started in 2019.

To invite a tender and taking into account the subject matter and the specific characteristics of a particular assignment (and the number of qualified candidates), Denderstreek can make a selection among the qualified candidates on the basis of Articles 67 to 79.
