1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medium rescue and firefighting vehicles for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 2 pieces
divided into 2 parts within the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage VI".
2. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders.
3. This order is divided into two lots:
Part A – delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle – 1 piece (for TSO Brzozowo) as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage VI".
Part B – delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle – 1 piece (for TSO Zelgno) as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage VI"
Part A – delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle – 1 piece (for TSO Brzozowo) as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage VI"The subject of the contract is the supply of medium rescue and firefighting vehicles for TSO units of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship - 2 pieces

The contracting authority allows partial bids.
This order has been divided into two parts:
Part A – delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting vehicle – 1 piece (for TSO Brzozowo) as part of the project "Modern rescue services – purchase of vehicles for TSO units – stage VI
The subject of the order should comply with the following requirements:
(a) correspond to all the characteristics specified in the SWZ,
b) be brand new and comply with applicable standards
