Open invitation to tender pursuant to section 42.1. A) Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Articles 25-II and 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

Framework agreement with one-time purchase orders with no minimum amount or maximum amount. This Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period from 26.2.2019 to 31.12.2019. It is renewable three times, for a period of 1 year, without its total duration can not exceed 4 years. By way of derogation from Article 16 of the Decree of 25.3.2016, the renewal of this framework agreement will be express. In any case, the framework agreement will end on 31.12.2022. The services will be subject to purchase orders, pursuant to Article 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. They must be executed within 2 weeks (for urgent one-off orders) at 8 weeks, as from the sending of the commitment form by the services of the City of Dijon.

The purpose of this contract is to subscribe to a service for the management of daily newspapers, French and foreign national periodicals, specialized and professional journals in all media (paper, electronic, databases), intended for the services of the City of Dijon and Dijon Métropole, and more particularly, to the documentation information department and the municipal library.
