The object of the order is the collection directly from the property and the development of municipal waste produced by the owners of residential property (households) and the creation of
and the conduct by the Contractor of the stationary Selective Collective Point of Communal Waste Collection (“PSZOK”) on the territory of the Municipality of Dębe Wielkie.
Receiving directly from the property and landscaping of municipal waste produced by owners of inhabited property (households) in the territory of the Municipality of Dębe Wielkie1. The basic scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the collection directly from the property and management of municipal waste generated by the owners of properties inhabited (households) in the Dębe Wielkie Municipality in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. To calculate the total value of the contract, it should be assumed that in 2024 the amount of collected and managed waste from the area of the Dębe Wielkie Municipality will amount to 2872 Mg.
2. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract constituting (Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ).
Establishment and conduct by the Contractor of the stationary Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (“PSZOK”) within the Community of Dębe Wielkie1. The basic scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the establishment and operation of PSZOK by the Contractor in the period from 01.01.2024 to 30.06.2024. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option and commissioning the Contractor to run the PSZOK for a maximum of an additional 6 months.
2. The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority expects to be collected from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the contract implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 30.06.2024, is approx. 202.83 Mg.
3. It is estimated that in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 the amount of collected and managed waste from the area of the Dębe Wielkie Commune will amount to 427 Mg.
4. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1.2 to the Terms of Reference) – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Agreement constituting (Appendix No. 2.2 to the Terms of Reference).
