Extent
The contract concerns the signing of framework agreements for information and communication services. The procurement will lead to cost savings and will support and streamline the County Administrative Board's information and communication operations. The tender documentation contains all the conditions and requirements that apply to the tender.

Number of suppliers
The client intends to sign a framework agreement with the tenderers who fulfill the requirements for the framework agreement. Calls will be made by ranking where all frame contract suppliers are numbered and number one in the ranking will be asked first. If this cannot deliver what the Client requests, the request will be passed on to the next supplier until a supplier can deliver.
Procured authority
The County Administrative Board of Södermanland County, hereinafter referred to as the County Administrative Board, shall work to ensure that national goals have a breakthrough in the county and at the same time take into account regional conditions and conditions. We are a knowledge organization with about 200 employees working on many different issues. The competence spans social issues of various kinds, from rural development and biodiversity, to integration issues and protection of the natural and cultural environment. The County Administrative Board must have a state-wide perspective in its work and coordinate various social interests and the efforts of state authorities. We will also monitor the development and inform the government about the needs of the county. The County Administrative Board is an important link between people and municipalities in the county on the one hand and the government, parliament and central authorities on the other.
