To guarantee the continuity of the Service Desk IT at TenneT TSO bv, it is necessary to continuously staff the Service Desk IT with the same amount of people.

This means that replacement (holidays, absenteeism, pregnancy) and extra capacity due to projects (for example migration to a new operating system or the rollout of new software) must be available.

TenneT wants to create a flexible shell around the staffing of the IT Service Desk. TenneT is looking for a partner for this flexible shell.
