The JRC Karlsruhe is preparing a set of tender documents for several important tenders for the processing of works and assembly planning, delivery, installation and commissioning of technical building equipment (ventilation, process, mechanical, electrical, control and communication technology as well as radiation protection instrumentation) for their new nuclear laboratory building "Wing M", to be constructed.

The JRC Karlsruhe is looking for a contractor to review and evaluate the entirety of the documents for completeness and comprehensibility prior to the publication of the calls for proposals as part of a quality assurance process.

The contractor shall check the wording, coherence and completeness of the documents from a holistic point of view (i.e. they shall not check from a technical point of view and shall not go into technical details) and shall ensure that a potential tenderer fully understands what is required in submitting an all-inclusive tender.
