1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste codes 19 12 12, 20 03 07 and 19 05 03 from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant

in Ostrołęka, 8 Komunalna Street.

2. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts. Each Contractor may submit a bid for one, two, three or all parts of the contract.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of waste

code 19 12 12 – other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 – component for the production of pre-RDF alternative fuel, generated at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, 8 Komunalna Street, in Ostrołęka, in an estimated amount of approximately 4800 Mg. Method of management – through their recovery, in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor.

(2) The waste which is the subject of the contract is an over-sieve fraction (> 80 mm),

from mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and packaging waste collected separately (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 06) on a sorting line after sorting of recyclable material fractions

and reuse, i.e. metal, glass, paper, plastics and multi-material packaging. Shredded waste is subjected to air separation

and magnetic, containing a negligible amount of secondary raw materials.

1) The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management of waste

code 19 12 12 — Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects)

from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 (residue after dismantling, - high-energy fraction intended for the production of alternative fuel pre-RDF) in an estimated amount of about 800 Mg. Waste is generated as a result of manual demolition of bulky waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Ostrołęka, 8 Komunalna Street. Method of management - through their recovery, in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor.

2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 9b to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject matter of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management of waste code 20 03 07 – bulky waste from the collection from the residents of the City of Ostrołęka and the Rzekuń Municipality from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Ostrołęka (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), 6A Komunalna Street in an estimated amount of about 700 Mg. Method of management - through their recovery, in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor.

2) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 9c to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject matter of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of successive collection, transport and management of waste code 19 05 03 – compost that does not meet the requirements (not suitable for use) generated in the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, 8 Komunalna Street, in Ostrołęka, hereinafter referred to as ZUK, through recovery in an estimated amount of about 3300 Mg – waste resulting from biological processing of the sub-sieve fraction from mixed municipal waste (processed on a sieve fi 20 mm) and in an estimated amount of about 1500 Mg – waste resulting from biological treatment of green waste and other bio-waste of municipal origin (processed on a sieve fi 50 mm). Total estimated amount of waste 19 05 03 - 4800 Mg.
