The subject of the contract is: 1) collection and management of the entire stream of waste collected from property owners residing in the Markowa municipality
Municipal. 2) running a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK). 3) Waste collection
municipal provided by the residents of the Markowa Commune to PSZOK. 4) Delivery to property owners
inhabited bags for separate collection of waste and bags for mixed waste within the offered price.
The subject of the Order is:
1) Collection and management of waste collected from property owners residing in the Markowa municipality
municipal, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of
selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), i.e.: a) non-segregated (mixed) waste
Municipal; (b) fraction consisting of paper and paperboard; (c) the fraction comprising glass (colourless glass packaging and
colored); (d) fraction including metals and plastics (metals, metal packaging, plastics, packaging
plastic, multi-material packaging); (e) fraction of bio-waste (i.e. biodegradable waste from
gardens and parks, household food and kitchen waste); (f) fraction including expired drugs
(selectively collected at collection points for expired medicines). 2) operate a selective collection point
Municipal Waste (PSZOK). 3) Collection of municipal waste delivered by the residents of the Markowa Commune to
PSZOK, i.e.: a) bulky waste; (b) construction and demolition waste (i.e. rubble, windows, doors, wooden window frames and
plastic without limit, while polystyrene and mineral wool in an amount not exceeding 10 bags of 120 l per year per one
household); (c) end-of-life tyres from households (no more than 4 tyres per year per one
household); (d) complete waste electrical and electronic equipment; (e) waste not eligible as waste
medical arising in the household as a result of the intake of medicinal products in the form of injections and
monitor the level of substances in the blood (in particular needles and syringes); (f) textiles and clothing; (g) waste
dangerous (i.e. packaging of plant protection products, devices containing freons); (h) expired chemicals (i.e.
packaging containing expired household chemicals and packaging containing paints and varnishes not suitable for
use); (i) batteries and accumulators. 4) Providing residential property owners with bags for separate collection
waste, and mixed waste bags within the offered price.
