The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) is made up of 44 academies spread across the South East of England and split into 5 regions — TKAT Essex, TKAT City, TKAT East, TKAT Central and TKAT Coast. This tender has a 2 fold purpose to set up a Framework Agreement for catering services which all TKAT academies can access in each of the 5 regions and to appoint service providers for the academies in the TKAT City Region for whom contracts (in the main) need to be awarded for the commencement of the 2019/20 academic year. TKAT City Region covers academies based in the Bexley, Bromley, and Swanley area of Kent and consist of 4 primary academies (Grays Farm, Horizon, Royal Park, Shenstone) and 3 secondary academies (Cleeve Park School and Cleeve Meadow School, Kemnal Technology College and Orchards.

The Framework Agreement for the Provision of Catering Services (“The Services”) is being tendered by The Kemnal Academies Trust (“TKAT”). Lot 1 is for the Primary Academies within the Trust that are spread across the South East of England. There are currently a total of 30 primary academies within the Trust.
