The primary purpose of the tender procedure is to contract a professional Supplier for the supply of Multifunctionals. It is an Agreement for the duration of five years. After these years, Zinder has the option to extend the agreement two more times for one year. The multifunctionals are requested on a rental basis. The agreement provides for maintenance and service provision.
