In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the Wolfratshausen primary and secondary school on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the heating and cooling technology trade for the first construction phase, which includes the construction of the new access hall and the new primary school.

The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.

Since the conversion and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen takes place during ongoing operation, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three consecutive construction phases (BA).

The construction phases are divided as follows:

BA 1: New construction of component BT3 access hall and new construction of component BT6 primary school

BA 2: Demolition of the old primary school, new building component BT4 middle school, renovation of component BT5 auditorium, as well as redesign of playground 1

BA 3: Renovation of component BT1 specialist classes and component BT2 administration, as well as redesign of playground 2

The content of this tender is construction work of the heating and cooling technology trade for construction phase 1 (BA1) and thus includes the components BT 3 and BT 6. The other construction phases will be awarded separately at a later date. The services essentially include the following:

- Delivery and installation of heat and cooling generators (heat pumps)

- Connection of the generators to the central heating system (primary pipe network)

- Installation of buffer tanks in heating systems

- Installation of central distribution (pumps, fittings, etc.)

- Installation and connection of pressure retaining and resupply devices

- Creation of the distribution network in the building including fittings

- Installation and connection of underfloor heating with impact sound insulation

- Installation of connection of radiators (reassembly after painting)

- Connection of provided heating components (control valves, heating coils, hot water preparation, etc.)

- Leak testing of the pipe network and underfloor heating

- Functional heating of the underfloor heating

- Exchange with other trades for interface coordination

- Joint commissioning of the main components and the entire plant

- Adjustment of the network (hydraulic balancing)
