The works have a duration of 1794 calendar days. The work is conducted in four detailed phases, in Annex 7 of the CSC and phasing plans to which the PA refers the bidders.

The market includes:
1) all the work described in this CSCH and all of its schedules and all the works, supplies, accessories, supplies of energies and fluids and any subjections or means of execution allowing the successful tenderer to deliver a absolutely complete work corresponding to the normal purpose of the work;
2) without exception, the successful tenderer may not avail himself of any omission or omission to claim any supplement to the price of his tender;
3) maintenance of the works and technical equipment during the works and the guarantee period;
4) the general facilities of the site in accordance with the terms of this HSC and the regulations in force;
5) the perfect maintenance of the site and its surroundings;
6) the preventive and security measures necessary for the works forming part of this contract, those relating to the personnel working or to the persons having access to the site, to the co-contractors, public authorities and those to bring, if it does, to the constructions existing;
7) Regular evacuation from the site of land, mud, waste, materials, debris, rubble, etc. from this contract to a recycling facility in accordance with the Brussels-Capital Region Government Decree of 16.3.1995;
8) the deposit, at the places indicated by the DT, of the products coming from the possibly reusable site.
