This consultation consists of a firm and two optional bands. It deals with the diagnosis of the Béziers collection system in order to confirm preliminary studies of the sanitation master plan and the management of a storage basin. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the work amounts to: EUR 26 760 000 excluding VAT.

Project management team will need to have the following skills:

— hydrology;

— free-surface hydraulics (1D, 2D and 3D modeling);

- civil engineering;

- electromechanical;

— metrology and supervision

— roads and various networks;

— regulatory records and environmental studies;

— operating control (impact on the operating contract);

— legal and public procurement.
