Nottingham City Homes' a framework agreement with 2 contractors for the provision of Groundwork Services for New Build, Construction repairs and Maintenance (CRM). The Contract will be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 year(s).

Anticipated requirements are based on current work plans. The volume and type of work may change due to changes in Government Housing policies and available funding.

The award of a Call-off Contract under this framework agreement will be made on the basis of rates submitted in original OJEU procurement process; suppliers will therefore be ranked by the overall evaluation score. For more complex requirements, NCH will conduct Mini-Competitions between the supplier on the framework.

The sites of the proposed works are situated within the city of Nottingham.
