Description:
Development of pre-design and design documentation for the construction of an ammunition repair workshop in the Dunin Depot

Development of pre-design and design documentation for the construction of an ammunition repair workshop in the 7795 Dunin Warehouse complex, meeting the requirements set out in Article 99,

101 AND 102 of the Public Procurement Law, which will constitute a description of the subject of the contract for construction works pursuant to Article 103 of the PPL for the implementation of the material construction of an ammunition repair workshop in the Dunin Depot. The subject of the contract is also to obtain in the Lower Silesian Voivodship Office in Wrocław a legally valid consent to carry out construction works along with the subsequent performance of author's supervision in the scope covered by the design documentation and the transfer of author's economic rights task 21475.

The execution of the contract involves access to classified information

with a "Restricted" clause for protection systems.

The prepared design documentation should contain all the elements necessary for the correct, lawful and demanding effect of the Ordering Party, i.e. the construction of an ammunition repair workshop in the 7795 Dunin Warehouse complex. The documentation will cover all necessary construction works and the scope resulting from the technology in a level of detail allowing for their unambiguous definition.

In the design studies of the construction of the workshop, it will be necessary to take into account:

a) obtaining a decision on the location of a public purpose investment for the construction of cubature objects, enabling the design and construction of a workshop as an object

heavy construction (NO-13-A247_2019 Ammunition and MW Storage rules in ground warehouses),

b) making an inventory of the necessary number of trees in the development area and obtaining a permit to remove conflicting trees (along with the preparation of necessary documentation related to possible replacement plantings),

(c) in the costs of requesting any fees for the removal of trees.

The scope covered by pre-design and design studies should include:

a) designing a workshop building as a heavy structure facility, taking into account the technical conditions to be met by the buildings and their location and the requirements of the Defense Standard NO-13-A247_2019 Ammunition and explosives Rules for storage in ground warehouses,

b) the possibility of storing objects and materials of munitions according to the requirements

and in the quantities specified by the User,

c) storage of munitions in "factory" packaging on sleepers or palletized on pallets,

d) movement of stored munitions by internal transport using battery-powered forklifts, hand carts, conveyor belt conveyors

i suwnicy,

e) the workshop building together with the technological line should provide the possibility of repairing medium ammunition.

Attention:

The documentation should specify the maximum amount of munitions stored, taking into account internal factors (proximity to the nearest existing ones

and designed warehouses, buildings, structures), as well as taking into account external factors (impact on the existing infrastructure beyond the borders of the military closed area).
