Description:
Supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024r. to 31.12.2026r.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2026r. up to 148 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 1 606.62 MWh, including:

1) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities in 2024 (Part 1 of the order) – 535.54 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ

2) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities in 2025 (Part 2 of the contract) – 535.54 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ

3) Supply of electricity to premises and facilities in 2026 (Part 3 of the contract) – 535.54 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c to the SWZ

2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering party, except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

Supply of electricity to premises and facilities in 2024

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 148 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 535.54 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The electricity supply contract currently in force will expire on the day preceding the planned start date of supply (column 'Delivery period').

6. For all PPE, the change of seller will take place once again.

7. Quality standards

1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

2) Electricity quality standards are described in the EP Act and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623 of późn.zm) amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 amending the regulation on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819). The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505 with późn.zm.).

8. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to report the contract on its own behalf and on behalf of the contracting authority to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.

9. The contracting authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the PPL, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating bids, and then selecting the contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.

10. The Ordering Party shall request the lodging of a security deposit. In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 9,000.00.

11. The Ordering Party does not require the provision of a performance bond.

12. As a result of the settlement of the public procurement procedure, 1 contract will be concluded.

13. Applicable settlement periods: Tariff group C2x – 1 month, Tariff group C1x – 2 months
