For the delivery of trees, there is a need in the municipality of Beverwijk to select one market party where these trees can be purchased. The objective of this process is to conclude a framework agreement without purchase obligation for the duration of 2 years with the option to extend 2 times 1 year with one market party for the delivery of trees to the municipality of Beverwijk. This framework agreement sets a unit price for the most common species. For the municipality it is important that orders can easily be placed, the trees can be checked on delivery and the invoice check can be carried out by means of the prices as laid down in the agreement.
