The assignment to be carried out concerns a framework agreement as referred to in Art. 2, 35° Public Procurement Act for:

• the provision of mobile/fixed payment terminals (buy/rent) and the provision of the services associated with them. This means: the installation of these terminals, the provision of a maintenance and repair service, the acceptance of debit and credit cards and the processing of the transactions and the provision of data regarding the transactions made.

• providing for the use of payment cards at these terminals as stipulated in this specifications.
