The subject of the order is delivery and maintenance and connection to the Central Printing System (CSW - implemented on the basis of SafeQ solutions in version 6 of YSoft and Site Audit in version 6.7 of Netaphor, which PGE Systemy SA acquired for the needs of PGE CG in public proceedings PZW / 9/2015) multifunctional devices (MFP - Multi-Function Printer) and printers for the Companies belonging to the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA Capital Group

Details are provided in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order (SIWZ) with attachments.

The scope of the contract includes:

1.1.1. Delivery and sale of multi-functional devices and printers in the proprietary model together with the necessary licenses for embedded terminals for the SafeQ v6 system for PGE Energia Odnawialna SA, PGE Systemy SA, PGE Dystrybucja SA;

1.1.2. Delivery and rental of multifunctional devices and printers together with the necessary licenses for embedded terminals for the SafeQ v6 system for PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Kon conventionalalna SA, Elbest Security Sp. z o. o.

1.1.3. Provision of services for the devices supplied for PGE Energia Odnawialna SASA; PGE Systemy SA, PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Kon conventionalalna SA, Elbest Security Sp. z o. o., PGE Dystrybucja SA and for the Companies belonging to the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna SA Capital Group and other PGE Group Companies to which the authorized company in accordance with 1.2.2. sublet the supplied multifunction devices and printers;

1.1.4. Connection of the supplied multi-function devices (MFP - Multi-Function Printer) and printers referred to in items 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 to the Central Printing System (CSW):

1.1.5. Providing PGE Capital Group Companies using the provided devices with access to the electronic system for handling contractor service requests.
