- drafting and nomination of the inventories and their management plans according to the description of volume 3,

- sending by mail and e-mail new inventories and management plans to the establishments concerned and to the market leader on a monthly basis visits and redactions made during the previous month.

Non-renewable firm slice:

the development of asbestos inventories accompanied by their management plans for all the buildings constituting the educational heritage of the Wallonia Brussels Federation (WBE) and the SPABS managed by the Regional Directorate of School Infrastructures of Namur.

Conditional period renewable (3 renewals):

the bidder will necessarily provide prizes for annual inventory updates. These updates of each inventoried building include the visit and the report accompanied by the updated management program and established in 2 copies.
