The services are ordered in stages. An application for partial services is not possible.

The intention is to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment (system group: building automation) in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of HOAI 2013 for the planning and execution of the renovation and expansion measure for flat building north-east at the Bundeswehr Hospital in Ulm. The conversion area consists of 2 floors with medical use and one floor as a technical level. All floors are directly connected to the existing high-rise. Each level has a gross floor area of approximately 5,200 m 2nd . However, the space requirement to be accommodated includes a pure usable area of approximately 14,300 m 2nd , so that a hospital expansion has to be planned. At the same time, however, it should be noted that the hospital must remain in full operation even during the renovation. This will probably result in implementation in several construction phases, starting with a new building. In addition to the two new outpatient centers, diagnostics (radiology and nuclear medicine), microbiology, hospital management, central changing rooms and the connection to supply and waste disposal are other essential components. The total construction costs are approx. EUR 130,000,000.00 gross. Start of construction: 11/2024, completion: 07/2032
