The contract is for an electrical contract for a construction project, the contract is drawn up in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Construction Contract for the Form YSE 1998, Form RT 80260. The building contractor acts as the main contractor for the project and the HVAC contractors as secondary contractors, who are subordinated to the main contractor.
